The Field Support Specialist role assists in coordinating field services in support of our construction lending clients. Success in this position involves scheduling, coordination, and quality control of field inspectors, as well as the ability to interface and problem solve with clients. While industry exposure to either construction or banking is preferred, the qualified applicant must possess strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy while working at a very fast pace with time sensitive projects.
Support Field Operations:
· Assist in the setup of new draw inspection projects, including digital documentation gathering and review.
· Assign inspection projects to our field inspectors via our digital system, monitor progress, problem solve as necessary, and review upon completion.
· Process completed field draw inspections and release to clients via our website
Customer Support:
· Support field staff and lending clients as needed via our website, email, and telephone
· General office duties as assigned throughout the day such as data entry, answering phones and assisting other staff members as needed
It is strongly preferred that applicants have experience in a construction related industry or the banking/construction lending sector. Other qualifications include the following:
· Data Entry minimum 50 WPM with attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with a digital workplace
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills - a positive “can do” individual
· Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively by organizing, prioritizing while managing multiple tasks with high level of accuracy. Most aspects of this position are time sensitive
· Motivated to take initiative and work through client servicing challenges throughout the workday
· Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team environment in prior jobs
· Dependable with proven impeccable attendance and strong work ethic demonstrating commitment to co-workers and company
